This certificate is expired or inactive error message may appear at the time of login on the e tender site even the DSC (Digital Signing Certificate) certificate is not expired nor the DSC is inactive.

The error appears as soon as we click on the Login button after entering the user id and password.  The problem is caused by the java application running in your system.

The eprocure portal never throws this error because as soon as a certificate is expired or inactive on the portal then it will ask you to map a new certificate instead of showing this error message.
