This error indicates that you are not using correct login id format. Make sure the login id which is acceptable on this portal is email id format (eg: [email protected]).

Your Verification code has been expired. Please click on Generate / Forget password link form the home page and repeat the process

This error appears due to two possible reasons.

1: The verification code (otp) is being entered very late by you. Make sure to enter the Otp within 5 mints.
If Otp is being entered within time but still getting this error then the option no. 2 should be tried.

2: While generating the password you might be pressing enter key after filling login id and captcha. However you are advised not to use Enter Key but use your mouse to click on send verification code button then enter OTP.

Your Session in the client area has expired. A session will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity

Solution- login Button is appearing on eprocurement portal dues to below possible reasons.

1: The Company name is not filled by the bidder and trying to save or validate the boq. Make sure to fill the company name then save or validate.
2: The Cell B8 is protected by the dept. my mistake hence bidder is not able to fill anything that cells and this error appears while validating or saving. The bidder should contact to concern tender inviting authority in this regard.

boq file is protected/unable to read boq file

Why “unable to read boq file error” does appears.

This problem appears due to the java (JRE) which is running on your system. The java is actually blocking boq file to be uploaded hence portal throws error as boq file is protect and unable to read boq file.

How to solve this boq file is protected

The problem is actually related to the java application which is running in your system. The portal first throws and error call application blocked by java security then it shows this unable to read the biq file error.
To solve this error we need to work on java application.

4: The Boq is of Itme Rate type and bidder is filling rate for few items only however all items are supposed to quoted by the bidder in this type of boq.

The problem appears at the department user end while creating boq. The C column should be checked for duplicate items codes and make sure to keep unique code for every single item.

The problem appears at the time of boq creation, due to value filled by the dept user in M column which is supposed to be kept blank for bidders.

Problem while upload Technical or Fiancial Cover Documents.Java Heap Space error only appears due to the file size which you are uploading under technical or financial Cover on eprocure portal .
